Foundations Starter Program

What to expect at Your Premier Ann Arbor CrossFit Gym when starting your Foundations Program.

What:

The one-on-one Foundations Starter Program is an opportunity for new members to learn the fundamentals of CrossFit in a private setting with one of our certified fitness coaches. Our Foundations Program is designed to teach you the mechanics of the movements before entering an advanced CrossFit class. This ensures your safety and allows our coaches some time to assess your movement and fitness level as well as any injury concerns that you may have. In addition, our Foundations Program will help to acclimate you to all things Joust and the workouts completed in class. You’ll become familiar with our staff and the CrossFit methodology as a whole, ensuring you have the most fun and get the best results possible when starting class at Joust!

  1. 3 private 60 minute personal training sessions
  2. First month of unlimited classes for FREE!
  3. Baseline body composition to track along your fitness journey
  4. Fitness knowledge that you’ll have for life
