Gymnastics Skills

Come work on a fundamental skill set: Gymnastics. You’ll cover everything from ring work to handstands and anything in between! All skill levels welcome. Every Sunday from 10:30am- 11:30am unless posted otherwise.

Learn the progressions and master the following skills:

Handstand push-ups, pull-ups, pistols, ring dips, muscle-ups, toes to bar, burpeese, levers, and much more!

In addition to mastering these skills you can also expect the following results:

  • Learn how to safely and efficiently move your body through space with ease!
  • Increased mobility, core strength, and joint integrity!
  • Increase your work capacity for future CrossFit workouts involving gymnastic movements!
  • Become more functional outside of the gym!
  • Prepare for the next Olympics!
