  • Deadlifts (225/155)

Then:

With a partner/partners complete:

26 HEAVY Sled Pushes

(25 meters down + back= 2)(45×4/45×2)

*One partner works while the other rests, switch every down & back
*Groups of 3 or 4 in bigger classes, just adding more rest
