  • 5, 3, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1 @ 50, 60, 70, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100%+

Then:

60/30 Intervals x4 rounds

  • Burpee + Shuttle Run (10 meters)
  • Calorie Row/Bike
  • DB Alternating Power Snatch (50/35)
