  • Please have your buddy email [email protected] before coming to class

AMRAP 16 of:

  • 9 Push-Ups,
  • 12 KB Deadlift + High Pull (24/16),
  • 15 Swings (24/16)

*Every 4 minutes complete 25 sit-ups

*Complete sit-ups at 0, 4, 8, and 12 on the clock
