AMRAP 20 of:

  • 25 Wall Ball Cleans (20/14)
  • Run 100m with wall ball (20/14)
  • 25 Wall Ball Sit-Ups (20/14)
  • Run 200m (no wall ball)

Then:

3 Rounds with a partner:

  • Partner 1: Row 400m/Bike 1000m
  • Partner 2: Hold and alternate between hollow, arch, forward or side plank
