Pull-Up Progression Day #10!

Every 75 seconds on the 75 seconds

  • 75 1: 6 Strict Pull-Ups
  • 75 2: 5 Strict Pull-Ups
  • 75 3: 5 Strict Pull-Ups
  • 75 4: 4 Strict Pull-Ups
  • 75 5: 3 Strict Pull-Ups

Then:

Build to max deadlift:

  • 5, 3, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1 @ 50, 60, 70, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100+

Then:

5 Rounds for time of:

  • 10-8-6-4-2 HSPU
  • 20 Swings (24kg/16kg)(heavy)
  • 30 Double-Unders

*Down by 2 HSPU’s each round

Goal=Under 12 minutes
