Pull-Up Progression Day #4:

EMOM 5 of:

  • Min 1: 5 Strict Pull-Ups
  • Min 2: 4 Strict Pull-Ups
  • Min 3: 3 Strict Pull-Ups
  • Min 4: 2 Strict Pull-Ups
  • Min 5: 2 Strict Pull-Ups

Then:

Deadlifts:

  • 8×2: Build to 85%: 50,55,60,65,70,75,80,85%

For Time!

  • 15-12-9-6-3 of:
    Hang Power Cleans (135/95)
  • 3-6-9-12-15 of:
    Burpee + Box Jump (24/20)

Goal=Under 12 minutes
