Pull-up progression Day #3

EMOM 5 of:

  • Min 1: 5 Strict Pull-Ups
  • Min 2: 4 Strict Pull-Ups
  • Min 3: 3 Strict Pull-Ups
  • Min 4: 2 Strict Pull-Ups
  • Min 5: 2 Strict Pull-Ups

Then:

AMRAP 6 x 3 Rounds

  • 3 Clean and Jerk (135/95)
  • 6 Burpee + Box Jump
  • 9 Toes to Bar

*2 minutes rest in between AMRAPs
*Start where you left off in previous AMRAP 8
