Weekly Rundown December 4-9

This week we will have our first Bring a Buddy Day of the month on Thursday, December 7th. Feel free to bring a friend or family member to any class that we offer on Thursday.

This week will be week #6 in our current 6 week goals cycle. We’ll be re-testing our strength movements with max deadlifts on Monday and max back squats on Tuesday! Our post warm-up single leg wall-sit will max out at 21 seconds after each standard warm-up this week. We’ll wait for next week to re-test our max strict pull-ups and max pistols on Monday. This will give us another week to follow our pull-up progression and to tackle pistols in Wednesday’s WOD for our skill work this week.

We’ll kick the week of WODs off with 5 rounds for time of HSPU’s, swings and double-unders on Monday. Tuesday will be 60/30 intervals involving cardio and a dumbbell. We’ll tackle a countdown WOD on Wednesday with pistols and toes to bar. Our Bring a Buddy Day WOD will be a partner AMRAP 18. We’ll finish the week with the “Got Legs” WOD on Friday and “DT Found Some Burpeese” WOD on Saturday.
