We challenge you to do what you think you can’t, because we know how to find the strength you didn’t know you had. We’re passionate about coaching you to harness that strength. We want you to be your best, strongest and fittest, in the game of sports and the game of life.

Our staff Registered Dietitian is certified and an athlete who specializes in advising athletes what to eat to have more power and energy. If it works for a triathlete competing in an Iron Man, imagine what her advice can do for the average person who just wants to be healthier.

Working out has been a part of my life for 16 years. I swear I have done EVERYTHING! People ask me, “How do you get out of bed at 4 a.m. to workout? Don’t you just want to hit the snooze and say to hell with it?” My response is, “ Yeah, every morning it would be so easy to just turn over and hit the snooze button, but I guarantee that the rest of the day the lack of energy felt from missing that workout isn’t worth the extra hour of sleep.” Fitness became a lifestyle change for me 16 years ago when I lost 40 lbs. It helped me lose the weight and maintain a weight that is a healthy range for me. Today, I can’t imagine my life without it. Through all my fitness experiences, I guarantee you Joust! will provide you the best well-rounded training in the area. My training philosophy is to push people to their fullest potential even when that potential is unrecognizable to the client. Work hard, play hard.

Best fitness tip: Fitness is 70% nutrition, 30% training. Being smart about fueling your body could be the change you need to get to your desired goal.
