Our certified class instructors and personal trainers have the know-how to help you get fit. We are dedicated to making sure you’re getting the most out of every workout, every time.

We challenge you to do what you think you can’t, because we know how to find the strength you didn’t know you had. We’re passionate about coaching you to harness that strength. We want you to be your best, strongest and fittest, in the game of sports and the game of life.

Our staff Registered Dietitian is certified and an athlete who specializes in advising athletes what to eat to have more power and energy. If it works for a triathlete competing in an Iron Man, imagine what her advice can do for the average person who just wants to be healthier.

Up until 4 years ago I would call myself the typical 'couch potato'. Fitness, training, working out were not things that I just woke up one morning and started at full pace. Like so many others I have tried many different fitness plans/gimmicks/gyms and I have taken that experience and learned what works for me. I have also made working out a priority in my life. If I have to get up at 5am to work out, I do, if I need to work out over a lunch hour, I make that commitment. I both believe and practice that you need to put yourself and your fitness needs high on your priority list. For those with kids, being active yourself is teaching your children the importance of physical activity and the importance of taking time to do something that is good for themselves. I truly believe that people need others to push them to be the best version of themselves. As a trainer at Joust I'm committed to encouraging you, helping you and pushing you to your personal best.
