Our staff Registered Dietitian is certified and an athlete who specializes in advising athletes what to eat to have more power and energy. If it works for a triathlete competing in an Iron Man, imagine what her advice can do for the average person who just wants to be healthier.

Best fitness tip: Seek balance. Find something you love to do on your own, like hiking, running or biking. Balance the activity you love with a healthy dose of the things you don’t like to do so much (lunges or push-ups, anyone?).
