Weekly Rundown:

This week will be week number 5 in our current 6 week goals cycle, which means a de-load in our regular strength movements and a decrease in WOD duration and loads. Our back plank work will still be on the rise, increasing to 65 seconds in this fifth week. Tuesday we'll hit some moderate overhead squats for strength and Wednesday we'll take a week off from our specific skill work in muscle-ups on and we'll instead use this time to work on our strength work on the rings and pull-up bar with an EMOM. On Thursday we'll help everyone balance out their calorically dense Thanksgiving meal with a partner Thanksgiving themed WOD at 10am. Friday we'll tackle a nicer version of the WOD "Jenna" for our 10am and 11am WODs. We'll wrap the week up on Saturday with a couple of gymnastics EMOMs.

Have a great week of training, resting, and taking in a surplus of calories (in moderation of course) which will quickly converted to muscle if you get to class!
