CrossFit Joust is a premier training facility in Ann Arbor, Mich.  Our expert, dedicated staff includes CrossFit certified trainers who are ready to help you reach your fitness goals.  In addition to CrossFit, we offer kettlebells, cycling, and Olympic weightlifting, plus nutrition services with our staff R.D.
