Weekly Rundown:

Happy Monday Jousters!

This will be our 5th week in our current 6 week goals cycle. This week will be dedicated to a de-load and preparing for our upcoming 6th and final re-test week of goals.

We will be backing off on loads in our strength work and in WODs. Our WOD duration will be decreased with a strong emphasis being put on mobility work post WOD. We will still be working on our cardio respiratory progression on Wednesday with a couple of 800m runs. We will also use this week to include some movements we haven't seen or worked on for a few weeks, strength work in overhead squats and push jerks, as well as HSPU's, farmers carry's, rope climbs etc.

We will wrap the week up with a partner "Jerry" on Friday and the always challenging "The Seven" WOD on Saturday (4th of July).

Have a blast this week resting up and shooting off fireworks!
